I found the location ideal. It's a very short walk to the tube station. the staff was polite and provided quick assistance with directions. i particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room. It was super clean upon arrival. the complimentary wi-fi worked. well, too!

the room was quite small, making it difficult to move around freely with luggage.

The location is superb. It's very close to many attractions. Staff readily stored my luggage upon arrival. The room included complimentary water and coffee, which I found useful. I appreciated being so close to various transport options.

Location was really convenient, just a quick walk to theaters. I loved having sky tv in the room, a nice bonus. The staff was consistently cheerful and helpful. I left my luggage early, and it was already in my room when i came back.

The room was missing a proper wardrobe, and clothes were left hanging. Space was badly planned overall.

charmed by Soho stay

great location clean room kind staff

location is really great for tourist. i did not even use the public tube service. room was clean and staffs was kind i ever seen. hotel will be priority next time i in the city.

the road make noise overnight. i slept very badly. the windows let in too much street sounds. soundproofing would help much.
